Miami Fish Market is turning 5
To celebrate, we’re hosting a very special, intimate Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show (Maguro Kaitai) on Sunday 2 August.
Join us as Miami Fish Market’s long-time tuna supplier and Maguro Kaitai Master, Narito Ishii San, performs the traditional art of breaking down a premium whole Bluefin tuna live in front of guests.
Following the cutting, Shimpei San of Sushi Room will prepare fresh nigiri using the very best cuts of the tuna, offering guests the rare opportunity to experience Bluefin at its absolute freshest. Optional add-ons of short-spine uni and premium caviar will also be available.
This is an intimate, ticketed event with strictly limited places. Please note all attendees must have a valid ticket to enter.
